After-Hours Support & Emergency Requests:
Standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Support requests made outside these hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — are billable at $300 per hour with a one-hour minimum, unless otherwise specified in the client’s service plan.
Non-urgent requests submitted after hours will be addressed on the next business day at no additional charge.
